@MyiStoreSA Core group and Istore has the most useless customer services I have ever experienced. It is extremely poor , to the point I am canceling my co react of many years with @TelkomZA
@CityPowerJhb I’m not sure why you don’t send anyone out to restore power to the call logged on Friday. I have called every day , numerous times . Both me and my neighbor don’t have power and this is simply ignored. It is nearing the long weekend and nothing !!!

@CityPowerJhb Are you proud that you have so many calls past 24 hours? I think you should start listing by DAYS and not using 24 hours as your benchmark . No power going into day 5 since no one attended today
