@MegaConOrlando – Idea 2/2: Larger signage that can be seen at a distance for photo ops. Use a projector to put the schedule on a nearby wall AND use *MUCH* larger screens w/*MUCH* larger font. That mass of people in front of photo ops was one mishap away from catastrophe.

@MegaConOrlando – Idea 1/2: You sold *a lot* of VIP passes which=longer queue lines for reg attendees, which=lines for hrs; either sell fewer VIP passes, or institute 5:2/5:3 ratios, where for every five VIPs, two or three reg attendees go. It will make for a better exp for all.

@KathySobler @MegaConOrlando Get there early and wait for the doors to open. There have been times that traffic has backed-up to I-4 from International Drive. If u can get a hotel and walk to the convention center, do that. Parking/traffic will be a nightmare. Details/times will be provided as we get closer.
