@Assam_in_china @TLRailUK Not sure if buses are running at this time of night but there were none from Parkway despite the Thameslink website saying there would be. Staff at the station were very unhelpful and just told me and others we should have gone to Luton.

@TLRailUK Got told to get off at Luton Airport Parkway to get a bus to Hitchin. There are no buses, replacement or local. I'm not the only one stuck due to this wrong information being given out.

@jtelford @TLRailUK It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm exhausted. Just giving the correct information could have saved this from being a nearly 5 hour journey so far.

@TLRailUK would help if your staff could give the right information about what to do when there aren't any trains going to Hitchin for hours. Got told to get off at Luton Airport Parkway as there'd be buses. Get off. No buses. Ask where they are.
