How to get out of ghost ban or shadow ban

Steps
1. Go to Twitter shadow ban test and put in your username
2. Click on the ban that appears then click technical
3. Click on a reply tweet and delete your reply
4. Click on a tweet with atleast 1 reply then delete it.
5. Refresh after 5 minutes and try step 3 & 4 again to see if there are more post to delete.

Within 10 or 20mins you should be out of your ban
