Marvellous Monday! My bikes have been looking at me 💕trying to persuade me to take them out for a ride but after cycling 4,500km across 10 countries finishing just over a wk ago I’m still feeling tired Recovery & rest is so important if I come back too early I will suffer later!

My last proper week of training didn’t exactly go to plan but that’s ok as obstacles are often put in our way. On a positive note I was faster again going up the Alps on @gozwift 😀got most of my logistics sorted for the @northcape4000 (there is always a positive somewhere!!)
