I had the very best night out with friends on Saturday (VERY rare) but found the last couple of days a bit hard with the marathon. A few work colleagues ran & very pleased for them but felt so out of things: "that should be me" 🤣🤦‍♀️ Charity place in 2025 for @LondonMarathon #5??

Took a bit of a detour on my way home from work! May not be running on Sunday but wanted to pop into the Expo. Inadvertently timed it just right to see Paula Radcliffe. Definite feeling of "I don't fit in here anymore" but that will pass, given a few months 🤞😊 #LondonMarathon

The children are back at school today & term time's the big test for fitting in my running. I've never found a routine that works 😕 Planned to get up v early to run but failed at the first hurdle after the girls were both up in the night 😴🤦‍♀️ It'll be another late one tonight🌛

It's anniversary day! 18 years since my husband and I met and our 11th wedding anniversary ❤️ Also, 16 years to the day since my first marathon when I only marginally beat a man who was flipping pancakes and using a crutch 🤣 Where do the years go?!? 😀

Took Chewie for a really lovely trail run. Perfect weather and beautiful countryside ❤️❤️ Then I slipped on a very muddy narrow track and fell sideways into a blackberry bush. Broke my fall with the thorns 🤦‍♀️🤣
