This was totally aggressive on the officers behalf! I can guarantee his report states the the child on the bike collided into his vehicle to justify his force on an young adult (Teenager)

Cops were called to an intersection where a group of around 20 teens on bikes and e-bikes were blocking the roads, doing stunts and disrupting traffic. When the officers arrive, one of them clips one of the suspects and tackles him to the ground to arrest him. While I agree that the kids needed to be accountable, I’m not sure if this was appropriate given their ages, was this appropriate to apprehend them like this?

This gentleman parks right next to the entrance to the post office where big trucks come and go all day and throughout the night. When this postal truck tried to enter the facility, he struck the parked car. According to the car owner this is the second time he was hit while parked there. He also claims it’s a legal parking spot. From what I remember when parking, you still have to give others clearance, he’s parked right next to the driveway, creating an impossible 90 degree required turn that isn’t always possible for a truck that big. Is he at fault for parking so close to the driveway or should the postal workers find another way to enter, like backing in?
