Attorney Ben Crump, many thanks for shining the light on this attempted Lynching in Indiana, by the evil and hate filled white racist folks seen in the attached video. Attempted murder is a Level 1 felony under Indiana law (per my research) and there is No statue of limitations for attempted murder in Indiana.

To this end, the black Civil Rights leader, Mr. Booker (if still alive) has recourse and should pursue every measure/open door still available to get the Indiana Attorney General to prosecute these racist criminals in the video who not only attempted to murder Mr. Booker, but also kidnapped Mr. Booker. The objective evidence (i.e., video and witness) is attached for the Indiana Attorney General (AG) Todd Rokita @AGToddRokita to clearly see. Let's seek Justice for Mr. Booker via the Indiana AG. Special thanks to the person who videotaped this evidence.

Mr. Rokita, please kindly review the attached video of hateful white folks in the great state of Indiana trying to hang/lynch a black man named Mr. Booker. Can you please share whether you have filed any criminal charges against these white racist folks or do you intend to file charges? This is absurdity and ludicrous. It is not ok to coerce (or force) a 11 year-old child to sign a ticket and obtain his fingerprint(s). He is a minor. In this video, you just violated this little boy’s civil rights and caused unnecessary trauma to a minor. You need to apologize and be fired. What is your problem? You Did Not even seek or try to obtain his father’s approval to get his son’s signature and fingerprints, which he can decline.

Hope you are stripped of your badge. Pray also the child’s father seeks legal counsel and press charges against you and the Oviedo, FL Police Department, to keep unfit cops like you off the streets. Even if you do not know the law, which you should know, common sense should have immediately kicked in. You do not dismiss the father when his son is a minor. Period!
