I'm with him. And folks know Marty and I aren't often two paired oxen in harness. But the harbor promenade is a magnificent public asset and the best public use might not happen to be the most profitable. And I don't understand how delivering all that real estate to the private sector without an explicit plan to maintain public access and engagement isn't leaning into a coming punch.
