Mary Anne Creed

I am not Sylvia Meals. I'm am the widow of Apollo Creed. The kid is not my son.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

@joefrenchwood Which has me now thinking - Donald Trump could very well be responsible for my husband's death.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

@joefrenchwood Just months before Drago came here, Donald had offered to negotiate an arms deal with the USSR. Coincidence? I think not.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

@joefrenchwood That's all to say Trump won't be getting my vote. Wouldn't be surprised if he helped bring my husband's killer to the States.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

@joefrenchwood In general, though, Apollo couldn't stand him. Funny, because their personalities weren't that much different.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

@joefrenchwood Apollo only met Donald a few times (Atlantic City wasn't really a destination for boxing during Apollo's heyday).

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

Apollo wasn't a big fan of OJ. Tried to mentor him when he was younger but once the dollars came in, OJ forgot where he came from.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

Oh lord. I thought this whole OJ thing was over with.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

You were more than just Apollo's trainer, you were a lifelong friend. May Tony Jr. carry on your legacy. RIP, Duke. #TonyBurton #DukeEvers

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

Well, at least Ludmilla wasn't there. #shankabitch

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

Strong trash talk game, @ShannonSharpe. Apollo would be proud. https://t.co/9utkrmy3B1

[shannon sharpe @ShannonSharpe]

Watching B. Browner of Saints cover today. I'm convinced He couldn't cover a twin bed with a king sheet.

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

Apollo boxed. I handled the checkbook. https://t.co/E3Zb03btaY

[Todd in the Shadows @ShadowTodd]

Also worth noting: Apollo Creed, despite his ostentatious lifestyle, apparently kept closer watch over his money than Rocky did.

39 yrs ago tonight was the last time I would make love to the heavyweight champ. I still carry that guilt. #womenweakenlegs #CreedBalboa2

[ROCKY BALBOA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 @RockyBalboa62]

I know Rocky Balboa has more than 11,900 fans.
Where is everyone? 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

[Mary Anne Creed @MaryAnneCreed]

.@RockyBalboa62 Think about it, Rock. These kids are all in their late 40s, early 50s now. They're not on Twitter.
