Wow @SouthwestAir - your customer service SUCKS. Thanks for damaging my 4 month olds stroller, to the point it’s not usable and not doing anything to make it right. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your company continues ruining its reputation.
@SouthwestAir Absolutely! I was told that when purchasing my ticket I acknowledged SW isn’t responsible for damaged items. There is no way my babies stroller was handled with care or in a professional manner. It’s not just broken. It’s destroyed. A metal axel doesn’t just break.
