@ChazzaHart Michael, I TRULY believe you need psychiatric help. You are totally overwhelmed with all of today's issues. Does it make u feel good to throw all of these issues "out in the world -- to me?" Honestly, get a life.
@DanHaymore@billmaher How in God's name do u rationalize say Rittenhouse and Innocent in the same damn sentence? That is completely f*&^ed up Republican thinking!!! SMH!!!
We’re joining workers across the country to #BoycottStarbucks stand-alone corporate stores until baristas win a fair union contract.
No contract? NO COFFEE!
Starbucks baristas have been fighting for a first contract for five years. So we’re joining @SBWorkersUnited workers across the country to #BoycottStarbucks stand-alone corporate stores nationwide until baristas win the fair contract they deserve.

@ChazzaHart Huh?Michael!Harris had NO AUTHORITY or POWER to do whatever it is you're accusing her of. Stop! Just stop.Stick with Britain's problems/issues.There are plenty for u to analize instead of focusing on another country that honestly, u have NEVER lived in and you know NOTHING about
@ChazzaHart We e are family.I love you. But, i don't have the right to discuss UK politics; just as u don't have the right to discuss USA.Unless we each are living,or have lived in each other's countries, what we are "allowed" to see&hear is only what the "press" wants us to see &hear
"The 2022 Clarification:
Recognizing the harm done to chronic pain sufferers, the CDC issued an updated guideline explicitly stating that their recommendations should not be used as inflexible mandates. They clarified that doctors must use clinical judgment, and that abruptly tapering stable patients with severe pain can cause severe psychological and physical harm.
Intractable Pain Laws:
Many states recognize a legal distinction for "intractable pain"—pain that cannot be cured and for which no other treatment has worked. In these states, specific legal protections exist to shield doctors from prosecution when they prescribe long-term opioids to patients with documented structural failure."
EVERYONE look up your State opioid prescribing Guidelines, especially laws passed since 2016. Begin to work inside your State to have the prescribing Guidelines updated to reflect the 2022 CDC Revision that defines "intractable pain." Make sure your State law has a provision for the treatment of "Intractable pain," ESPECIALLY if it was caused by an injury, surgery, disease condition and treatment (cancer, chemo, radiation, surgery), or genetic issue (hEDS, scoliosis, muscular dystrophy, etc.).
Have your doctor begin to document your chart with INTRACTABLE PAIN, that cannot be cured and for which no other treatment works, except daily opioid therapy. We have to start FIGHTING BACK! And perhaps medical malpractice is going to be one of the possible ways to begin fighting back.
WHERE ARE THE ATTORNEYS? Don't they want to make money anymore and win cases for their clients? This one is a NO BRAINER, given all the things we have documented that show that the de-prescribing program is FRAUDULENT, harmful, and is KILLING patients!
The data on MAID for the pain population is horrifying. Canada has ordered doctors providing #DeathByDoctor to NOT identify MAID as Cause of Death, rather the original disease or condition is to be listed on the Death Certificate, allowing the actual data on pain patient euthanasia to be buried. That absolutely skews the data. Not by accident either, but by Government decree.
Some of these doctors of pharmacy will claim they know more about psychiatric medications than the psychiatrists. And they sincerely believe it. Reality doesn’t enter into the analysis.
