Today, we moved a #covid patient to the @nyphospital #PalliativeCare unit to be extubated with family at bedside. It took a ton of coordination but was a beautiful ending to this patient’s story and was cathartic for all. So grateful for our Pall Care colleagues! @snakagawa_md
