@tswifterastour Seems actually that @Ticketmaster broke @taylorswift13's fans - colluding with resellers to break many hearts and even more pocketbooks. It's time for performers to prohibit the on-line sale of tickets above face value. Imagine - arenas full of true fans who paid a fair price!

@Ticketmaster So disappointing to follow all the steps and still not get a code. When we see the resale tickets at 3x/face value, will make it worse. Maybe Ticketmaster should have limited it to 4 tickets to allow more true fans to attend.
