I've just finished "Overcoming The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" and found it very insightful! I think we can all benefit from learning how a team should work together to be successful.

What we have learned in society is how folks struggle with change.
There are two (2) lessons we can take from this…
(i) We must emphasize emotional intelligence and empathy…because it allows us to become more reasonable and these traits create better adaptability within folks.
(ii) And we must learn how to message more relatable and become more incremental about change.
