Im so irritated and dissapointed when i called yesterday, the agent told me that calling them will not urge any urgency for my case as their technicians are subcontractors and even if i go to their nearest office, no actions will be done as all they can do is email my concerns

We got our pldt wifi connected last July 30, 2025 and after 11 days, on Aug 10, 2025 out connection is showing a red LOS and no wifi connection, Its now August 26, 2025 (16 days) still no resolution nor a call from your technician…

Ive been calling your hotline (171) and they just keep on saying that someone will contact me withing 24-48 hrs to get it resolved. Its now 16 days since i reported th issue and still no connection coming from you. No call, text, nor email.
