@VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. I have just rang to get help for 78 yr old mother who is in Guernsey unable to contact us in the uk. All I wanted was some advice but was told my mum needed to call to discuss the problem. She unable to call. Sort your staff out.

@Kier_Starmer_PM here’s a question. When are you going to help disabled people with respite options. Every centre is shutting down due to lack of funds. You’re in charge (allegedly) so are you willing to help us. Let’s see if I get a reply .. Doubtful

@gigsandtours Missed out twice now. It’s not feedback it’s a complaint & you won’t change it. I’m doing this on behalf of all people with a disability because they get left behind on everything. Priority ticket options should be banned to let everyone stand a chance

@peterkay_co_uk such a shame only o2 customers get a priority. Tried to get wheelchair access tickets for Nottingham. & carer for me. My sister can’t use a phone so doesn’t need an o2 contract so doesn’t really have a hope in hell. Your promoters should be ashamed of themselves

@gigsandtours Not the answer. All tickets should go on sale at the same time, same date for EVERYBODY. It’s all a money making scheme to get people to sign to to o2 & it’s a disgrace. Bit difficult for all disabled people to call or go online. I don’t have time to refresh, im carer at work!!

@VodafoneUK Apple Watch delivered, refurbished, photos on that weren’t mine, no one told me. New watch delivered. Tried to upload Apple Pay to find my bank account has been compromised. Can’t spk to manager.. customer for 20+ years. No-one wants to help. Don’t use vodaphone

@VodafoneUK disappointed that ordering an Apple Watch on Monday, its arrival Tues quickly turned to anger when I found photos on it that weren’t mine. It was a refurbished watch. I called & apparently an ‘investigation was being launched & I’d have a response in 48 hrs. Not yet

@Jennycakee @VodafoneUK Yep. I’m away at the moment on the east coast & have finally been able to speak to someone when they call me. Along way to travel just to speak to someone… @VodafoneUK still haven’t been able to resolve the issue

@VodafoneUK so once again there’s issues with a lot of people in the NG14 5AJ area. When we receive a call/make one we just can’t be heard. I’ve missed calls & can’t return them unless I drive out of the village. Not sure I’m happy paying my monthly bill. Compensation Vodafone?

@VodafoneUK Yes lou, everything wi-fi based is working. It’s just that no-one can hear us at the other end of the phone. And it’s not just me. If it was just my wi-fi why are half the village in the same situation???

@VodafoneUK Yes Jason you did. But what exactly are us Vodafone customers paying for if we can’t keep in touch & keep missing out on calls - some of which are very important - I.e withheld numbers which can often be doctors, hospital appointments etc etc. and not everyone has a landline

@VodafoneUK once again there are problems in our village - NG14 5AJ & surrounding areas - with calls. When we make or indeed receive the people at the other end can’t hear us… wi-fi calling is on. Please advise as this keeps occurring

@VodafoneUK seeing as Tobi has no idea of my question can you tell me why I can’t listen to bbc sounds or my Apple Music when I am out & about. It was fine 2 weeks ago but since you’ve been messing with 5G in this area it’s all gone wrong.
