Horizon's Sun
In a city of steel and neon glow,
A robotic muse walks the plank so slow,
Beneath a clock and moons in flight,
She strides through time, a futuristic night.
Through Paris' sprawl, the Eiffel stands tall,
Her metal heart answers a silent call,
With each step, the past begins to unwind,
A bridge to tomorrow, in her mind.
The horizon burns with a golden hue,
Cogs and dreams in a cosmic view,
She dances where time and space entwine,
A sentinel of the future's mind.
Across the river where old shadows sleep,
She pauses, hearing secrets cities keep.
In rust and gold, her silhouette aligns—
A pilgrim stitched from yesterday’s light.
Then the clock forgets its numbers.
She does not stop.
The city leans after her —
and the future, at last,
has a face.
