@Klonick @Hertz Thanks for this Kate. I'm currently fighting a fraudulent charge from @hertz and have that same sense that I want to give my experience visibility because they are undoubtedly doing this sort of thing to others who don't have the time and resources to engage in a dispute.

@hertz has given me no recourse to dispute an incorrect bill. I've filed a fraud report with the FTC. Are there any other tools I can use to defend myself against a giant machine like this?
