@British_Airways And now @AmericanAir won't let me add luggage to my transoceanic flight because I've got a economy ticket ... why is this fair? I get put into this other flight and I can't take my luggage with me ?

@British_Airways Can't be any more disappointed... Flight cancelled 20 hours before flying, they give me another flight for the day after when I'm supposed to be already in the USA working... impossible to talk to someoke on customer services ...

@joeandthejuice part 2. how is this not controlled? It wasn't only me...more people had the same problem. When asking for help to the 10 people working, they would pass the ball one to the other one... until finally 1 of them decided to make the sandwiches for me. AWFUL...

Shout out to Craig (from Vigo) from @British_Airways for encouraging me to run at @HeathrowAirport to catch my flight connection, I did made the connection, my luggage was not that lucky. He was an outstanding stewardess!

@British_Airways 3 and 20 minutes delayed flight from Las Vegas, really bad experience with the workers at @HeathrowAirport . Made my connection flight to Madrid... Luggage still no where to be found.. @Iberia wrote two claims, as the first one was completely Wrong. Disappointed.
