When immigrants take jobs, it’s a national crisis.
When AI takes jobs, it’s innovation.
Can someone explain why we’re supposed to fear people willing to work, but celebrate technology designed to replace workers?
Today, I signed an Executive Order temporarily repealing bedtimes in the City of New York so that kids of all ages can watch our team in the NBA Finals.
As Mayor, you’re forced to make many difficult decisions. This was not one of them.
Go Knicks.
Some of you have forgotten that only three years ago you were perfectly capable of writing an essay, writing a eulogy, telling a bedtime story to a child, and it should worry you that powerful companies have convinced us we can’t do things we’ve been doing for 5,000 years.
@Travelfiend61@hwinkler4real Same at my school. Thanks to free breakfast and lunch, more families have the means to provide snack which has decreased the burden placed upon teachers. Providing food for students was certainly not mandatory, but we love our students.
Today we celebrate World Press Freedom Day, sponsored by UNESCO. Unfortunately, this right is often violated, sometimes flagrantly, sometimes in hidden ways. Let us remember the many journalists and reporters who are victims of war and violence.
