A tragic accident has occurred in Nevada after the driver of a Tesla Semi fell asleep and hit multiple other cars.

Two people, Sergio and Jen Villanueva, died after their Volkswagen Beetle was hit.

I am calling on Tesla to accelerate the development of self-driving for the Tesla Semi, including by prioritizing active safety features such as automatic emergency braking, lane departure avoidance, forward collision warning, drowsy driver detection, and more.

Most of us procrastinate not because we're lazy, but because our brain is wired to escape difficult, high-value tasks. The more important the task, the stronger the resistance.

You can't fight this wiring head-on. The smarter move is to preload a short list of productive alternatives. When your brain flees Priority #1, it lands on Priority #2 or #3 — and you stay productive anyway.

This is the core idea behind what Steven Pressfield calls Resistance in The War of Art. He noted that the more important something is to your growth, the more resistance you’ll feel.

Build a simple Resistance Escape Menu:
Tier 1: The hard, high-value task you’re avoiding
Tier 2: Strong alternatives that still move the needle
Tier 3: Maintenance work that’s still net positive

When resistance hits, you fall into something useful instead of zero-value traps.

• Battery capacity: ~48 kWh
• 219 horsepower
• Curb weight: 3,113 lbs
• GVWR: 3,730 lbs
• Motor power: 163kW
• Voltage: 326v

Equivalent All Electric Range is listed at 418 miles, with 375 miles of highway range, but the final EPA range rating is usually a decent bit lower. Tesla has previously stated the Cybercab has about 300 miles of range.
