On Transgender Day of Visibility, we want you to know that we see you just as you are:
Made in the image of God and deserving of dignity, respect, and support.
We'll never stop working to create a world where you won't have to be brave just to be yourself.
My coworker today.
“You have such pretty face. You CAN look better if you put more effort in doing your make up/hair.” Is that a compliment? I don’t think so…🙄🙄🙄
Throwback Thursday. Mom on Christmas morning looking regal & like so many mothers who are poor & somehow make Christmas work. Thinking of extra shifts, bills, & making it to next paycheck while we celebrate new pajamas & 1 toy. Bless mothers/parents for making it magical somehow.
1. It's my birthday today and I only want one thing.
I want these two women, Niloofar Hamedi and Elahe Mohammadi, to be famous.
Niloofar and Elahe are Iranian reporters who reported on the death of Mahsa Zhina Amini.
They are now in prison and could face the death penalty.
My son doesn’t drive. It’s been our thing that I take him to vote and we have breakfast together. I had to be out of town this midterm and was afraid he wouldn’t go. He just texted that he went with his friend, cuz “I would never not vote”. Proud immigrant mom.❤️
Let go #Indiana, vote BLUE to protect women’s reproductive rights.
Get all your friends & family out to the polls today or tomorrow to VOTE DEMOCRAT & #FireToddYoung.
#RoevemberIsHere
The most important right we have is the right to vote.
Today, this terminally guy in a wheelchair voted with my wife lifting my finger over and over.
I voted for my health care, my daughters and to prevent another mass shooting.
Make the future brighter: Vote.
It requires courage to live authentically, and knowing when to share your truth is sometimes a challenge.
If you’re ready & can safely do so, then I support you. And if you’re not quite there yet, I support you exactly where you are. Your time will come.
