Eventually, even digital data will no longer be owned by individuals on their own initiative. Whenever there is a major change or accident in the world, in a country, in a government, in an idea, in a trend, access to it may suddenly be cut off.
Hi Ashen,
I've just sent 80% of the coin $scammer to your wallet. At the time of airdrop, it's value was $650,000. As a resident of New York, upon receiving this token, you immediately incurred an income tax bill to the tune of $310,000
I then removed the LP making the token worthless but unfortunately due to the backwards laws of New York you still owe the full tax amount
As a reminder, this is the amount you scammed plus an extra 10 in interest
Kind regards
@ActualAero@sambambamz Actually Xenoblade games tech mostly sucks at release, they turn into a tech showcase after being rereleased. XBC2, XBc3 and XBCX had a lot of issues. XBC is just too perfect of a game 😭😭
@ei_pipo@droutofcontext1 Y yendonos a argumentar contra su trapo de lógica, un concierto de decibeles altísimos un día hace menos daño que una menor cantidad de decibeles diarios.
@byronicgirl The worst part is that if you create an anonymous space, be it real life or online, you have to gatekeep it (thereby compromising anonymity) or it will implode with moralists/relativists or explode from outside once it's inevitably invaded by actors that don't join in good faith.
Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it.
Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying.
Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence."
Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter."
Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter.
They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created.
One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility."
Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies.
That's the metered intelligence business model.
And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.
Message from Fred Seibert (former president of Hanna-Barbera and Frederator):
"You’ve already failed."
That’s what Ted Turner told me after I blew through $10,000,000.
Most CEOs would have shown me the door. But Ted wasn’t most CEOs. He was a "swashbuckling pirate" who understood something most MBA types miss: In creative industries, talent rules, and gambling is required.
I went back to him asking for another $10 million for a wild idea: making 48 short cartoons instead of one big hit.
His response changed the course of animation history. It led to:
• Dexter’s Laboratory
• Johnny Bravo
• Powerpuff Girls
• Courage the Cowardly Dog
• And more!
Working for a genius like Ted meant surviving the rants to witness the "leaps of magic." He didn't just build CNN and Cartoon Network; he built a world where entrepreneurs were encouraged to take 48 swings at the bat.
Rest in peace, Ted. Thanks for the $10M (and the second $10M).
