@ASUSIndia @ASUS I contacted them but nothing useful have been derived yet , they're offering 30% discount but as my laptop is under warranty so it should be repaired at zero charges. Else I'll be compelled to file complaint in district consumer commission as directed by NCH.

@ASUSIndia I've bought a Asus vivobook 14 last yr and it's under warranty till 12 November 2021, but service centre people said I will cost around ₹25k for repair, then what was the warranty meant for, please assist me accordingly and appropriately. I wasn't expecting this... 😑

@TechUnboxing5 @ASUSIndia I've sent you people mail regarding a NCH complain as I was asked ₹ 25k for repair of my under warranty product, look into my matter ASAP and kindly repair my device without any charges as it's under warranty. Please don't compel me to approach District consumer commission.
