Invest in a walking pad. Such an underrated way to get extra steps in. 5-10 minutes after each meal, before bed, just woke up, etc. Makes sure that there isn't a real excuse of why to not get 10K steps.
Get creatine.
There is no reason to not take it.
It is one of the most studied supplements in the world. And is considered very safe.
It will help you increase your strength, muscle mass, energy, cognitive function, etc.
Everyone should take it! Including the elderly!
Wake up.
Check notifications.
Dread the day ahead.
Rush through a shower.
Chug caffeine to feel alive.
Commute in silence.
Clock in.
Count the hours.
Scroll mindlessly on breaks.
Clock out.
Commute home in exhaustion.
Eat fast food.
Numb out with Netflix.
Lay in bed, but can’t sleep.
Repeat.
This should terrify you.
Hydration is more than just water.
Electrolytes are crucial for your body and how it functions. Drowning in water is just gonna flinch out more nutrients.
If you don’t trust your diet to do this then find a good supplement that can help you.
If you’re new to the gym, start with a progressive overload program, find some basic exercises for each part of the body and try and gain 5lbs a week on that lift. Amazing way to start.
