Trump on Balogun:
Balogun is our best player. He got a red card. I didn't know what that meant, but then I heard that it means you cannot play in the next game.
That's very unfair. How do you penalize him for a game that hasn't been played yet?
I asked for a review by FIFA.
🚨 Luka Modrić on Croatia’s controversial last-minute disallowed goal against Portugal:
🗣️ “This is football. Not a courtroom, not a lab where we freeze every frame and argue over centimetres.
Tonight we gave everything against a very good Portugal team. We were still fighting deep into stoppage time. The boys kept believing, kept pushing, and when that ball went in through Josko we thought we had it — equaliser, extra time, everything still possible.
Then VAR comes in and takes it away because of a touch earlier in the move. I respect the officials, I really do. But the rule is clear and obvious error. Was this one? These little things, these marginal calls where players are fighting for every inch… that’s football. That’s what defenders and attackers do every single day.
If we start ruling out goals like that in the last seconds because of a split-second touch or a shoulder or a toe, then what are we left with? The game loses its soul. The emotion, the chaos, the moments that make people fall in love with football — they get taken away by technology that was only supposed to fix the obvious mistakes.
We accept that sometimes the ball doesn’t go your way. We’ve done it our whole careers. But when the decision feels like it rewrites the last chapter of the match instead of just correcting something clear, it hurts. Not just us in the dressing room, but everyone who was watching and living every second with us.
Portugal deserved to go through, they’re a strong side and they showed it. But nights like this make you wonder where the game is heading. We play with our hearts, we fight until the whistle, and then one review decides everything.
That’s not protecting football anymore. That’s changing it into something else.”
Please call John Obi Mikel. He has disappeared. I wished he could have asked many Nigerian players past and present about SA instead of running a hate campaign without information, especially as a soccer player. SA is a home to many players active and retired.
🔴 HISTORY MADE!!! 🔴
SA ARE THROUGH TO THE KNOCKOUT ROUND OF A FIFA WORLD CUP FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY!!!

Is one @mikel_john_obi Obi still alive? The man hates South Africa with passion, and yet the country remains the home of many nations, including Nigeria. Okpara, Chukwu, Ajao, Akpeyi, Peterside, remain legends of SA football. Nigeria 94 Team remains the best to many of us- 🇳🇬
Football is such an amazing game 👏👏
Its ability to connect the team and supporters, national unity and social cohesion, increases happiness index is unmatched!! Viva Football! It's not called the game of billions for nothing 👏
🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴 Tras clasificar a la siguiente ronda del mundial, todo el plantel de Noruega se sienta en el campo y empieza a remar junto con su afición en el estadio…simplemente maravilloso 🤩🤩🤩
In Afrikaans they say, hy kry lekker warm nou. He came looking a neatly tied, nou the tie is a chiffon. Halfway through the chest. It may on his tummy by the end of his testimony 🤣
Anyone who ever doubted the impact of Madlanga Commission! Beyond putting criminals in jail, the restoration of people's dignity (hardworking people returned to their jobs) and W/O Sanders public financial contributions are for me the highest measurable impact. 🙏🙏
South Africans are coming together to right a wrong done to a police officer who has stolen people's hearts with his testimony at the Madlanga Commission. Warrant officer Karl Sander, a senior narcotics investigator for the KwaZulu-Natal Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI/Hawks), told the Madlanga Commission that he was intimidated and antagonised when thefts started occurring at the province's drug storage.

@Dzungie007 It does. The gesture is also an encouragement to other men and women in that uniform that their hardwork is appreciated by South Africans across the spectrum . Perhaps we can have an award for servanthood. No politician please. A good politician is a dead one 🤣🙏
@Setsibakax@sile_siba This reminds me of a story of a SAA a few years ago. So many years of flying experience that started at SAF, but was told he wasn't qualified and sadly relieved of his duties. Experience is priceless. No amount of certification can replace that.
There is an old English adage: Don't push a man to a position where he doesn't have any option but fight to death. If you do that, go ahead and be my guest 🤣🤣🤣
🚨 DO NOT TOUCH WHAT GIVES A MAN PEACE! ⚠️
See exactly what I was talking about? This whole situation was supposed to be so simple. They should have just left the man’s coffee machine alone! Now, he has gone completely scorched-earth—and honestly?
I don't blame him one bit.People need to understand that Warrant Officer Msandawana had already accepted his reality. He knew he was surrounded by corrupt hyenas. For the sake of his own sanity, he chose to keep his mouth shut and drink his coffee. But they just couldn't help themselves.
They stole his machine, and then—to rub salt into the wound—they had the absolute audacity to interrogate him for its disappearance!
Msandoskie looked at them and basically asked, “Are you guys absolutely sure you want to play this game?”He played it cool, waited for the polygraph results, and the second he passed with flying colours, the gloves came off: “Nou ek en julle gaan dieselfde kombers dra, manne! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!” 💀🔥
Since 2024, the man has been rolling up his sleeves and swinging mercilessly. Anyone who gets too close gets knocked out cold. Just yesterday, Reverend Dlangi had to step in and beg him to hold back certain explosive information.
They pushed a quiet man too far, created a monster, and now he’s tearing them apart piece by piece.I’m willing to bet General Senonzozo tried to quietly buy him a brand-new machine to make the problem go away, but Msandoskie probably threw it right back: “I want my old coffee machine, not this rubbish!”As a fellow coffee lover, I stand with him 100%. Never mess with a man's peace. Finish and klaar! ☕️💥 #MadlangaCommission #ProtectGeneralMkhwanazi
