@MigunaMiguna Typical Luo behavior, it is either yourself or nobody else. You are behaving the same way your kinsmen are bahving after joining breadbased. Give solutions not your unending rhetoric. Throwing stones as if you are a saint. Kwenda kabisa
@MigunaMiguna I am still growing sir. I was looking at these words after following you for a while - contrarian, obstructionist and naysayer.... I get lost by your writings sometimes
@Cleophasmalala@Cleophasmalala you are doing well on the show. Please ask these guys, why are they allowing setbooks with such bad themes then to the same children?
I watched Daybreak on Citizen TV, and what I saw was a clear example of how far we are drifting from the rule of law.
Senator Veronica Maina and MP Nelson Koech argued that the President should intervene in Nairobi Hospital because he is a patron.
A patron is a ceremonial role. It does not grant executive authority.
When asked under what law such intervention would be justified, there was no answer.
Instead, the justification reduced to: βIt must happen.β
This is not a small mistake.
It is a dangerous mindset.
It signals a government where power is placed above the law, and where those elected to defend the Constitution are now comfortable bending it to suit political interests.
Meanwhile, Kenyatta National Hospital is struggling.
Public healthcare is under strain.
SHA is failing.
There is no urgency there.
No forceful declarations.
No βit must happen.β
Because there is no financial incentive.
Then we are told βTUTAM.β
TUTAM for what?
More 5 years of leaders who justify illegality instead of confronting it?
More years of institutions weakened to protect power?
A country cannot function where the law is optional for those in authority.
And right now, that is exactly the direction we are heading.
