One thing I find within the salafi community is a collective lack of adab. How can you claim you wish to guide without knowing basic manners? How can you claim to follow the Sunnah, without following the akhlaq of our Nabi ﷺ ? May Allah forgive us Ameen.

Subhan Allah! Remember the obligation that your parents have over you and treat them kindly. There will come a day where they can snatch your good deeds as recompensation for that which you've done. May Allah have mercy on us all Ameen ya rabb

Never forget the mercy and forgiveness of Allah. Even when you have returned to the same sin again or feel you've fallen too deep into the haram, turn back to Allah. It's as simple as saying, "Astaghfirullah" with conviction and Allah accepts you back, guides you, loves you.

I once heard someone say "tawakkul isnt always about everything turning out okay, its about being okay no matter how things turn out" I guess that's what trusting Allah really means---acknowledging that his plan is always best.
