Joseph was betrayed by his own brothers, sold into slavery, and then thrown into prison for a crime he didn’t commit. For 13 years, he suffered.
Even after he interpreted the dreams of Pharaoh’s cupbearer and asked to be remembered, the man forgot him for two more years.
Most of us would have become bitter and angry. But when Joseph was finally brought out of the pit to interpret Pharaoh’s dream, his response revealed the condition of his heart:
"Joseph answered Pharaoh, 'It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer.'"
- Genesis 41:16
He gave God all the glory.
That humility is what unlocked his promotion. Not his gift, not his wisdom, but his refusal to take credit that belonged to God.
I’m learning this lesson daily. Too often, I catch myself wanting recognition for things I didn’t actually accomplish on my own. The truth is: I can do nothing of lasting value apart from Him. Every good thing in my life is because of God’s grace.
How has God blessed or elevated you when you chose to stay humble and give Him the glory?
@BillHuberNFL "[Not] buying into the people come back off an injury [not] the same. If you’re not coming back off your injury the same, then what are you doing? What were you doing your entire rehab? I do my work and then some. Some people might not be the same, but they don’t speak for me.”🤔

It’s okay to bring your raw pain and suffering straight to God.
He already knows every tear—but He still invites you into that intimate relationship with Him.
David poured out his heart in the Psalms:
“I am weary with my moaning;
every night I flood my bed with tears;
I drench my couch with my weeping.”
— Psalm 6:6
He didn’t blame God. He brought everything to Him. Even in deep anguish, David anchored himself in God’s steadfast love and trusted that deliverance was coming.
“The Lord has heard my plea;
the Lord accepts my prayer.
All my enemies shall be ashamed and greatly troubled;
they shall turn back and be put to shame in a moment.”
— Psalm 6:9-10
Whatever you’re carrying today—sickness, grief, weariness, opposition—lay it at His feet. God hears. God comforts. God answers.
How can I pray for you right now?

The USA should not allow military chaplains of religions clearly in opposition to American principles as expressed in our Declaration/Constitution. E.g., Satanism, Islam.
@DeptofWar
How can one swear to support and defend the Constitution from enemies and be at enmity with it?
16 year old Mernda Aussie teen Declan was hunted by a Sudanese youth gang then stabbed 56 times and he received 66 blunt force injuries.
One of Declan's African killers was released because he was deemed too young to take responsibility for murder.
In 2025, the animal took part in an aggravated home invasion in Gladstone Park, Melbourne that saw a 60-year-old man stabbed countless times, shot in the arm & bashed repeatedly with a hammer.
As of two days ago, the Pentagon recognizes every Christian faith in America as Christian
Except one
That’s not okay, and it needs to change—now
Pass it on if you agree
@BasedMikeLee Mormonism simply isn't Christian.
You can't honestly say it is about Jesus while calling him a liar or mistaken -- and you know who He is, instead. 🙄
Americans need to designate God according to the Declaration and Constitution, knowing from the signers' own attestations who "Nature's God," "Creator," "Divine Providence," and "Lord," are: Father God Most High and as a man, Jesus Christ, the Living Word expressed in the Bible.
Wow, someone who's been in the thick of D.C. is being candid?
I'll have to read this and see how the title is just leading me on!
