Lost Soul

The voices in my head finally being released from their cage.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I'm drowning and no can see. I'm holding everything in the inside and it's tearing me apart. It's destroying me and I'm allowing it to.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I will miss not seeing you everyday. I will miss holding you whenever I wanted. I will miss being at your side when you laugh or cry.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I falling for you faster than I ever thought possible. These feelings are rushing into me, I'm overloaded with feels I've never experienced.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I'm lost in oblivion. I'm lost in the parallel parts of my mind where the what ifs are reality. I'm lost trying to make lies become truths.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I'm struggling to hold my head above water. All these secrets are drowning me. How can I not say anything when all of this is killing me..

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I choose to be blinded by what is not true, so that I may not be damaged by what is.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

When will you just become a thing of the past. Instead of all having my mind wrapped in a web of lies.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

Time flying by and it's not stopping for me. It won't stand still just for me to catch up. Maybe it's time for me to start running.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

Life isn't promised. The next second isn't for sure. Who says tomorrow exists for anyone. Why not say what you want? Why not do whatever..

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I want to be free, to not feel that I have to hide myself. If tomorrows not promised, then why do people still not allow themselves to be..

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I'm ready to be free. Free of the everyday struggles. Free of people who only seem to exist to hurt me. Free of the pain that comes..

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

All I ever seem to do is settle. But the truth is I want more. I want to reach for the moon and not settle for just landing among the stars.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I miss the times where we could talk like two normal people. Now, all we are, are two humans who pass one another along the road.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I'm was blinded by my own mind, not truly seeing. The person whom I was falling for.. wasn't you. It was who I had imagined you to be.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I won't step aside for you alone to find joy in your life. I deserve my own ray of sunshine too. I want to have a reason to smile everyday.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I choose to make decisions that ultimately make me happy; and for that I will not apologize. You're the one who chooses to be offended.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

You're suddenly 21 realizing that life is more than what your past had dreamed it to be. Life wasn't fantasies, it's surviving the struggle.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

You're finally 18, there's no one holding you back from being or doing anything. The world is at large, and you're about to take it on.

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

Do the things I try so hard for even matter? Am I more than just a moment in the sun's eye? Will I leave a mark on I leave this world?

[Lost Soul @MaskedDisguise]

I'm supposed to be learning from the experiences I live. But you won't even allow me to step outside. Then how am I suppose to be learning?
