Job is managing multiple client accounts on Meta for our agency, account structure, launching & scaling campaigns, sending reports

& briefing the creative team on what works, what to iterate on, what to cut, etc.

You'll own the execution layer between our clients' brands and their ads.

You'll be working across multiple brands in different markets. Insanely high standards, no noobies.

You need to understand how ads work, how Meta works, the new meta algorithm, and need to be able to adapt and understand data.

Helps if you know copywriting, marketing strategy.

You also need strong opinions, and be able to call people out on their shit.

Paid position. Fixed pay + bonuses. Results matter.

Long term full time.

Experience needed. Helps if you have multi-channel experience, e.g. Google.

Why "you have to suffer" is the dumbest thing.

99% of my competition believes they need to suffer in order to succeed.

That is a top tier advice to stay broke.

You only think suffering is necessary because someone told you that it is necessary...

...not because your highest-self believed it from start.

Delete this limiting belief from your head.

Enjoy the work, and start to realize that you have way more than you think.
