[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

Got my hijacked account back finally. unfortunately My old name was taken so now its "Sir Maskin" ^^ Thank you so much for the support @JagexSupport

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

Noob acc coming along nicely two weeks in but jesus these new training methods are just too easy ok bye

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@JagexSupport @JagexHelpL0ne Will there be more info in this matter later or is this the final info according to the road map?

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

Jagex said this on their website "For the sake of optimal account security, we're unable to modify your Jagex account email or disclose it to you."

No way to recover, even tho ownership is 100% prooved with vital account information. Ultimate scam. @JagexSupport @OldSchoolRS

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@AndreasJak0 @JagexSupport @OldSchoolRS It just doesnt add up. I could tell them about warnings on the acc back in 2014 - and what i did, and what happend, all IP adresses i had, numbers, mails, etc etc. Still not possible 🤔

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@Fernandormzdlt @OldSchoolRS @JagexSupport wish i didnt upgrade to a Jagex account. This has cost me my acc for real. My email got compromised, they took over my Jagex account, changed email adress before i notice, now i got my email back, but there is no way to regain access on my own jagex account, the ultimate scam.

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@Fernandormzdlt @jagm93 @OldSchoolRS @JagexSupport same, if i hadnt upgraded to jagex account, even if i would have got hijacked, i would easily recovered it with security questions and all that in the old way. But now its just impossible. So creating a jagex account was the ultimate scam for me. It cost me my acc for good

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@AndreasJak0 @JagexSupport @JagexHelpL0ne They told me they are working on things to recover jagex accounts so might be possible later this autumn

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

Hi @JagexSupport @JagexHelpL0ne , my email was hijacked, and the hijacker changed the email on my jagex account. I recovered my email too late, and now they have full control of my account, with over 8k hours of gameplay. Is there anything you can do to help recover it? Thanks.

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@JagexSupport @JagexHelpL0ne Hi @JagexSupport i have sent a appeal. Could i possibly get a explanation to the meaning of secure the acc? I do not fully understand. Do you simply lock the account in this case? I understand that you cant give the acc back to me in this matter, is this correct? Thanks

/M

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@Mikedizzz19389 @JagexSupport Was it your jagex account that was hijacked?

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@JagexSupport
@JagexAsh
@JagexKieren Possible to recover a jagex account? - My Email was hijacked - hijackers changed email on jagex acc - lost my main acc with 8k + hrs - now the jagex account is linked to someone else email. Could you possibly do anything in this matter?

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

Was just wondering, Is/will there ever be possible to recover a jagex account? - Got hijacked - hijackers changed email adress - lost my main acc with 8k + hrs - now the jagex account is linked to someone else email. I made an appeal. @JagexSupport @JagexAsh @JagexKieren

[OSRS Maskin @Maskin114]

@JagexSupport @JagexRonan @JagexKieren i was wondering will there be possible to recover a jagex account in the future? Hijackers changed the email on my jagex account, and this happend before i could secure the mail, so now i cant access my jagex account. //Thanks - Maskin
