Even at 5 days per week average person is going to work 200-210 days when using all sick and PTO. So in the end, they work an extra couple weeks.

I will work 22 years and end up not making 100K. Average teacher pay increases have been under the COLA for years. Meaning the job is being devalued by the year.

You need to specifically look at contracts and see what the starting and ending salaries are as well as the number of steps to get to the top.
