ویدیوی زنی با پرچم طالبان در خیابان‌های تورنتو در کانادا، واکنش‌های کاربران شبکه اجتماعی اکس را به دنبال داشته‌است.
یکی از کاربران نوشت: «تصور کنید زنی در کانادا پرچم گروهی را حمل می‌کند که زنان را به عنوان شهروندان درجه دوم تلقی می‌کند.»
یک کاربر دیگر نوشت: « تصور درد ناشی از چنین اتفاقی برای ۱۶۰ خانواده‌ سرباز کانادایی که در مبارزه با طالبان جان خود را از دست دادند، بسیار دشوار است. برای آن‌ها، دیدن پرچم طالبان یادآور رژیمی سرکوبگر است که نه تنها به عزیزان شان آسیب رساند، بلکه رنج‌های زیادی را بر میلیون‌ها افغان، به‌ویژه زنان، تحمیل کرد.»
