It came down to a drawing of lots to determine Peachland’s mayor. Cindy Fortin will continue on. Harry Gough accepting defeat gracefully. Judicial recount determined there was indeed a tie with 804 votes each. And Cindy won the lucky draw. @cbcnewsbc @CBCKelowna
