Quindi l’idea sarebbe questa: diamo due soldi in premio all’avvocato in modo che costui, commettendo infedele patrocinio, convinca il proprio assistito, migrante in Italia, a tornarsene bel bello a casetta sua, insomma a fare il contrario di ciò per cui il migrante medesimo lo aveva nominato proprio difensore.
