@karl_livingston @devchart @bitcoinjack @jacobkostecki Completely untrue and looking forward to address the 'exit scam' allegations with you in court in the near future.

You'll have an opportunity to defend your allegations.

[Massive Adoption in Memphis! #MassiveAdoption @MassiveAdoption]

@jacobkostecki Yes - there's a delay in putting the website up but it'll be up.

@cmdoerfler @JsGanor @KyleSGibson @crypt0fungus @ahcastor @infomymedia They, like us, used a ~$50 automatic web gen service. I have the original files, docs and receipts.

[Massive Adoption in Memphis! #MassiveAdoption @MassiveAdoption]

@BashCo_ We took down the main site on the request of speakers and sponsors who pulled out as we make a decision regarding the future of the conference.

All refund requests will be honored and I will notify everyone involved in the next few days of further steps and timelines.

@jacobkostecki @RobMcNealy @MassiveAdoption Your response shows leadership. Even though we haven’t met, I decided to attend because your vision was so original and geared to collaborating on big ideas. FWIW I have checked in for updates and @jacobkostecki has been 100% honest about the challenges and potential for change

@Sheets173 @olthoff @Startup_Dreams @RobMcNealy @jacobkostecki Your refund will be honored Eli. It doesn't matter how it was paid.

[SolanaCheer @SolanaCheer]

For every critical remark or 'the authorities will get you' there is a 'I hope you're doing okay & safe' or 'still attending and happy to help in any way'.

That you to everyone who has had a kind word to say, has extended me the benefit of the doubt or has asked a warm question.

@RobMcNealy Happy to address any and all questions.

Cash flow issues are unfortunate. Your refund has been done 7-10 days ago. Apologies again.

1/5 @MassiveAdoption's #satsforstudents is short ~$6850 of our goal (> $25k raised to date).

Can you help with a donation that goes toward Bitcoin & crypto education & granting BTC (satoshi) to underprivileged students in Tennessee?

The next $300 donated will be matched 1:1
