So, quick update on my @Hertz rental experience… Matter of fact, forget the update, here’s some advice: IF YOU CAN AVOID IT, DO NOT RENT AT @Hertz! Customer service is trash, interdepartmental communication is trash, any issue you have they give you a royal runaround! 👎🏾💩
