Our addresses are on every data finder website out here for sale, we have to have our DL scanned to buy cigarettes, our phones are monitored, our license plates are scanned on interstates, all of our info is sold to advertisers…….how did the script get flipped where government has privacy when citizens don’t??

They will be held in an open form until they get the opportunity to be closed. Personally I find that a violation of 17 of the Exchange Act but the SEC is complicit.

@MmtlpD2627 Find the proven shorts. We know they are there but until proof, then no Unfortunately not a resolution. People who had share lending on can get what was held as deposit for those shares and margin people could lose them. It's in brokers agreements. No pco trading either.

@MmtlpD2627 Unless they become DTC eligible, no way to reconcile. Unless you can get a writ of mandamus from a court to compel the SEC to give the 2 days pco trading back then no it doesn't need to trade. Read your broker agreement. Research things before making false claims. 🤪
