Update on this, we’ve decided the game will take inspiration from an old flash game called SorceryQuest I played a TON as a kid. It’s sadly not playable anymore, but a modern example would be closer to Darkest Dungeon. Both are comps for our game along with… PIKMIN?! 👀#indiedev

I’m shoveling a lot of coal into the “music production” engine of my life, and tbh, I think I just wrote the best song of the album, and I’m only ~3.5 songs in.
It’s easily my favorite thing I’ve written… and it’s a weird one lol.

@ja_bu_ga Me either, until literally this week. I had been learning a bunch of guitar chords without any musical background and finally decided I should PROOOBABLY learn. 😅 I ended up going with @samuraiguit's courses since I had watched him for so long, and I'm surprised how it clicked

@RealPuffin Okay, yeah that's fair. I can definitely see how the comedy takes away from the stakes. To some degree, I guess it depends on if you categorize it in your head as a comedy or action film, though you're right to say it marketed itself heavily as the latter.

@RealPuffin Reasonable minds may differ, but I’m surprised to hear that. I saw it shortly after finally watching a classic action-comedy for the first time, True Lies, and tbh I’d say Bullet Train was better.

@PR0GRAMMERHUM0R Knowing EXTREMELY LITTLE about JS, my best guess is alphabetizing? Or at least the same algorithm you’d use for alphabetizing, since it wouldn’t really understand number “size” just which digits.

@ja_bu_ga If it never advances beyond stealing existing works of art and scrambling them into something “original” than I disagree.
In its current form, it’s not learning anything or creating anything truly new. It’s the content equivalent of a kitchen blender.
