I refuse to believe we have a housing affordability issue.
You can literally buy this adorable Colonial in a safe, walkable Detroit neighborhood.
You don't even need a downpayment because the city will give you one!
Bars, restaurants, groceries, everything you need is literally just a few blocks away on E Warren St and/or Mack Ave.
Work downtown and have a 15 minute commute or work in the suburbs and have a 15 minute commute.
Save your money. Buy some cheap $50,000 rentals in another part of town that hasn't come up yet.
Retire in 10 years.
Why aren’t you doing this instead of complaining that nothing is affordable?
I’ll never understand.
If you’re curious how far gone, mentally, the general public is:
They are easily convinced that a superficial scratch on a leg inflicted by an athletic shoe caused a man to have multiple blood clots in his lungs.
That level of denial or willful blindness is off the charts.
God bless
Why are all the little known politicians posting images of themselves getting COVID vaccines?
If you're still getting a COVID vaccine in 2026 (or ever) you are retarded.
How does education impact net-worth:
- No high school diploma: $38,050
- High school diploma: $107,000
- Some college: $136,500
- College degree: $464,600
...Does this surprise you?
The older I get, the more I realize:
A $150,000 Mercedes Benz and a $20,000 Toyota can both take you to the same place.
A $1 million mansion and a $100,000 house both give you a place to sleep.
A $10,000 Rolex and a $20 watch both tell the same time.
Stop trying to impress people. Start living a peaceful life.
Happiness is not about expensive cars, big houses, or fancy clothes.
It's about good health, a happy family, financial freedom, and peace of mind.
Unpopular opinion:
If you make $170,000 per year, but still live paycheck to paycheck?
You have might have a spending problem, not an income problem.
...Do you agree?
