We’ve received similar questions from several shareholders, so here’s a full update:

📋 Status: We are currently Pink Limited. With Javier’s departure from the board, we had to resubmit a Change of Control addendum to OTC Markets. It’s being processed, and we expect to return to OTCID status by end of next week.

🏘️ Veterans Housing: Yes — we will still announce the next location for the Veterans Housing Program on Monday, as planned.

💰 Dividend: Still being processed. We’ll update shareholders across all platforms once we have a firm distribution date.

📊 Q2 Financials: In preparation now, and we’re pleased to share they’ll reflect a clean balance sheet, with the toxic debt fully eliminated.

1 - We have started working on dividends at the TA level. This process should take 45 to 90 days but will be completed by end of the qtr.

2 - We will provide an update on the closing of the first property on Monday.

3 - Yes, we can 100% confirm that the note has been retired and the debt is gone.
