LSU cannot guarantee an NIL fund as part of the hiring process. Hopefully LSU (who has made a farce of the Brian Kelly termination) actually did this. Surely Lane Kiffin has enough sense to say "if they won't pay BK they won't pay me" or "what you offered is against the rules"
