My energy has shifted dramitically over the course of a few years. I use to be a people pleaser. I would go above and beyond to do all i could. I guess i had to step back or reverse a few miles. I realised i was unappreciated alot just kept me for what they coukd get from me

And i guess what opened my eyes was where was they, when i needed some of that energy returned. In ill health or mourning. Where was that support that was always promised? Is anyone else tired of people saying one thing to everyone to paint themselves in such a good light but
