@ChristianaBlik1@will_nba_hater "No child born to non-citizens"
-With the exception of those who were legally "living" here already. As was intended when it was originally written.
Otherwise, yes; based.
Now stop dodging and address the question that was posed.
@ChristianaBlik1@will_nba_hater 1. Incorrect.
2. I just explained the difference.
Now contest with the issue nopeydont was saying. We have foreign individuals literally planning visits to the US during their the time of their pregnancy to claim citizenship for their kids.
Doesn't that requires correction?
@ChristianaBlik1@will_nba_hater - "lol, you don't understand what it's saying"
- Explains no further
Nice dodge.
So what about that case? His parents were here legally, even if they weren't US citizens. That's different from illegal aliens, visitors, etc, which is being weaponized:

@ChristianaBlik1@MasterTarrot@will_nba_hater Foreign pregnant Chinese women coming to American territories and magically bestowing American birthright citizenship to their child is very obviously abhorrent.
A foreigner callously tells a grieving American mother that her grief is invalid and a waste of our government’s time.
A foreigner.
What the fuck are we doing, America?
@ChristianaBlik1@will_nba_hater What you understand is a fucking falsehood that's only been recently interpreted in the most wide and unregulated way possible. The original amendment was intended for the children of slaves.
Bless your retarded heart.

The *author* of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment, Senator Jacob Howard, literally explained during the debates that it would obviously not apply to illegal aliens or foreigners not allegiant to the United States…
It was for the children of former slaves.
See, this right here is how we end up with a REAL extremist in the office.
What do you mean Trump wasn't the dictator i was promised who would remove you? What do you mean I gotta find someone way more extreme?
Because I will, you know. I will vote for the guy who forcibly removes you and your parasitic family.
Time to launch a Convention of States
Then repeal the following Amendments:
•14th (birthright citizenship)
•16th (income tax)
•17th (direct election of senators)
•15th&19th (prohibits denial to vote on race or sex)
•26th (lowers voting age)
Then create the following new Amendments:
• Limited Voting (only certain groups deemed properly invested in the United States can vote, like married families with children)
• Food Freedom Amendment with similar verbiage to 1st and 2nd (Right to Grow, Produce, Consume, and Sell your own food shall not be Infringed)
• Privacy Freedom Amendment with similar verbiage to the 1st and 2nd (Protecting Americans from Spying, data collection, etc)
• A Constitutional Amendment requiring the Abolition of any central bank (The Federal Reserve for example) and a requirement to run on gold backed currency
• An Amendment codifying exile into law exclusively for violent criminals where they can be denaturalized and deported by the federal government (especially if local or state governments won't incarcerate them)
• An Amendment that puts significant guardrails or eliminates entirely the Necessary and Proper Clause, the General Welfare Clause, and the Commerce Clause
• Separation of School and State amendment that prohibits the federal government from influencing schools in any state and prohibits states from making laws against homeschooling and private schooling
• Balanced Budget Amendment - Require Congress to always spend less than what America brings in revenue, if they fail to do so (even by a small margin) every congressmember is ineligible for reelection
• Sunset Amendment - Every regulation, agency, and law enacted by the federal government will automatically sunset and will need to be renewed
Do this and watch America be radically fixed very soon
Sam Hyde’s rant on the constitution has never been more true than now, after SCOTUS refused to overturn Birthright Citizenship.
"The Constitution is a toilet rag that is only thrown in our faces when it can be used against us, when it can be used to displace us."

Anyone who knows about Clarence Thomas dissents knows they are almost always short and sweet.
The fact that he wrote a 91 page dissent for this monstrosity of a decision on birthright shows how absolutely infuriated he is.
Fun fact, the movie 'Flamin' Hot' depicting the creation of Hot Cheetos is actually not real at all. Mexican and black line workers didn't come up with the idea and pitch it to corporate. In fact it was Frito Lay's own research and development team that came up with the idea. The motion picture is pure fiction.
