just like I always speak against energy drinks and alcoholic beverages whether it’s a South African brand promoted or owned by your fave doesn’t suddenly make it healthy, same goes for junk food.

We have alarming rates of lifestyle related illnesses… amapipi awaqini, amasende avuvukele, women are getting their breasts amputated, womb removals and young men are living with urinary catheters.

A lot of these health issues can be reduced or prevented by simply taking nutrition and healthy living seriously from an early age. 🍃💚
