@JagexSupport my account was locked due to IP change (I moved).. when i went to unlock it, i noticed i was not getting the email to do so. I had a list sent to me, but my login was not connected to my email.. idk what to do now

@JagexSupport I was hacked awhile ago, which got rectified. Unfortunately, now I keep getting banned for botting, when I do NOT believe in botting. Could there be software on my PC or something triggering bans? It’s the same PC but I don’t see anything that would be malicious

@playlostark theres a problem with the currency exchange right now. I just spend almost 4k crystals to buy gold, it took the crystals and didnt give me the gold. said "cannot process multiple transactions" and closed the window.. now my crystals are gone and i didnt get the gold
