@TataPlayFiber Complaint ID CUPLBE20260719602470. ETV Win with my Tata Play Fiber plan is still not working after repeated follow-ups, an escalation email and an NCH complaint. Tata Play Fiber replied to NCH about DTH instead of Fiber. Please resolve urgently.

@tataplayfiber @TataPlayFiber ETV Win is finally working after 10 days. I pay for a Tata Play Fiber plan with bundled OTT services, but I was denied one of the included benefits for 10 days. I request a 10-day extension of my Tata Play Fiber validity or an equivalent bill credit/refund.

@tataplayfiber Hi @TataPlayFiber, I have already emailed [email protected] over a week ago and received an acknowledgement. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer care calls, chats, and an NCH complaint, the issue remains unresolved. I am attaching the acknowledgement email.
