- The 7 listed are locks

Internally:

- What Eason does defensively/effort wise is extremely hard to replace but he does need to come back shooting consistently. He’s capable (we saw it)

- Jabari needs to also increase his 3PT% from 36% (more than capable). I love that his pull up middy/jump shot in the paint is progressing.

- Amen needs to get a consistent middy and be able to shoot from the corners.

- Şengün as well… Need improvements from his jump shot from middy and 3PT range. HAS to be confident and demand respect from his jumper.

- Sheppard needs to continue to shoot threes at a high clip, but needs to improve at getting to his spots and finishing around the rim. Of course, needs to get stronger so he’s not pushed off his spots defensively. Effort is not the issue for him on that end.

Overall, the young core has to become respected as shooters if they want success. At least 4/5 of them.

The 9th/10th spots need to be filled with players who can space the floor/be respected while of course being able to hold their own defensively. Flip DFS/Capela/use MLE money to do so.

This team is going no where if the young core doesn’t grow the way they’re supposed to, but they also need to be surrounded by 3/D players as well.
